At Dipples, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
